Here's a short excerpt just for y'all. I'm working on a breakdown of Chris Kresser (omnivore) vs. Joel Kahn (vegan) debate - shooting to have it released within today. At one point, Kahn says "they eat almost no saturated fat in Okinawa Japan and had the greatest longevity in 1970..."
