We know that the Gym Amazon wasn't involved(body type didn't fit), Elly was on the phone at another location, Sophie and Erika would have noticed one another if it was either of them based on their conversations, so that does only leave Clara, or the mothers of Sophie and Erika.

Elly was on the phone with him when the person came in. Megan wouldn't have a key unless she broke in. Clara hates him. My best guess? Sophie sleepwalked into the room.
