The main story has been fully translated. It is now "somewhat playable", although waiting for the complete version (or at least until I'm done with the After Story) it's still highly more recommended. That said, you can give it a go if you feel like, your choice.
Also I already gave it a quick run and there should be no game breaking bugs present at the moment.
