A review of July

I didn't account for everything that could happen
It got me back to working regularly and I feel better about myself.
This is what I've learned:
Follow a schedule. Adjusting a schedule due to circumstances is okay.
When in a panic: Write down a to do list of what's next.
Have fun, but do not add too much to a short video. I will have many other chances to do so later.
Skip ahead when stuck and come back later.
Balance short and long videos a little better
Turn off discord / social media messages during focused times
**Self esteem improvements.**
Take a regular walk while on a break.

There were some other things as well but these are the big ones
To note I do have a few videos I wanted to do for July but I ran out of energy for :D
