Rather that act was survival not just for himself but for his bros. The Ultimatum was clear He Kills kit or he dies. You can actually see that Jaime was really gonna leave with Kit until his brethren started makin a fuss and thus he truly saw how damaged his fam had become and the talk with Aaron was the last straw that broke the camels back and made him change his mind on going with kit and living on the run. For his family's proverbial survival he had to make the hard choice. But to oversimplify that and dub simply as an opportunistic move is lacking context. But if your analysis is simply Sully would've thought that, then I agree and actually like that take over what the show told us of him just being a Dumbass Crashout.

He killed his best friend, and one thing about Sully and Dushane, no matter how many times they get into it, they both have each other's backs through thick and thin. Sully made his decision back in Spain, but his killing of Kilt was the confirmation to get rid of a problem before it becomes a problem.

I was just about to say that I've grown to like Sully more compared to early seasons, and then he goes to do more fuckshit....I kinda get WHY (I guess) but I still don't fuck with it And I enjoyed Curtis as a villain. I hope his sister doesn't try to pull up cause it's not gonna be the same. She's just that grumpy cat who likes to knock shit off shelves and look at you like "Whutchu gon do?" lol

I liked Jamie's character.
