not entirely sure what you mean - in the shot at 16:34, I can see 7 people...and the bodies don't "disappear" or anything, guy's in a coma in the hospital, so 6 dead + one near-dead that was transferred to the hospital

Also I was surprised to find out it wasn’t from the source material because half way through season 2 I was wondering when the jokers would come into play.
