The English dub had subtitles, so I'm thinking someone just put the original Japanese audio over the English dub video and uploaded it. And Adult Swim thought it would make people watch their crappy English dub if they delayed the sub by a month, lol.

They have ZERO involvement in the animation besides the guy from John Wick helping with choreography. It’s literally 99% a Japanese show even the story is 100% done by a Japanese director.
