Up until the movie Dragon Ball Super Broly, there were still people who believed Broly was somehow canon. To this day, there are still people who believe Future Trunks got his sword from Tapion.

It feels like one of those Toriyama one-volume mangas like "Cowa!", but instead of a 10 episodes adaptation they decided to elongate it in 20 episodes instead, and you get those boring uneventful episodes where very little progression happens between key plot points. Also, everybody who pretends this is like OG Dragon Ball is just a poser who never watched/read Dragon Ball in their life.

Bro let them dude's cooked which resulted in shit being not cannon. Toriyama made dragon ball as a whole but keep in mind there's some legal issues with how many people have their hands in it which that includes GT even while not being cannon.

2025-01-22 09:44:26 +0000 UTCIt’s understandably easy to forget, but Shenron and Porunga have limits to what they can do in terms of destructive/combative wishes (which Degesu at the beginning of Daima called “Black Magic” meaning Shenron and Porunga are basically powered by and limited to White Magic type wishes (hence why Gomah decided to make a deaging wish in the first place). Like back in DBZ when Vegeta and Nappa were heading towards Earth Oolong even asked Shenron if a wish like “Beat up the Saiyans and save the Earth” would work and Shenron said that he couldn’t because that would be beyond the (destructive) power of his creator. And then during transitionary chapters between the Namek and Android sagas, Porunga wasn’t capable of teleporting Goku back to Earth against Goku’s wishes. So the Dragon Balls can’t act like insta-kill magic WMD for the Namekians. Presumably only something like Super Shenron has the ability to make actual unlimited wishes that would include Black Magic type ones.

Even if GT isn't considered Canon it still exists, i read that Toriyama had a hand in GT and Designed some of the characters like SSJ 4. So was it an ego thing or maybe pride, idk I think i just wanted to put my thoughts and questions down somewhere.
