Villain wise for WW she falls somewhere along the same lines as Mr Freeze and Poison Ivy in terms of motivation for all the evil shit she does, but has sometimes teamed up with WW. I'm not sure how close they are keeping her to the comics, but in the comics she is kind of like the Poison Ivy of women and nature (animals not just plants the way Ivy is), so if they are going in that direction that would explain why she didn't kill the Bride and had her people save Nina by putting her in the tub.
