They watch quite a lot of shows and have a large enough audience where a majority vote becomes king. So even if a show happens to be excellent and super high quality, if it's 'underrated', they may simply not watch it.

I think its a show that's in for the long game and with the 4th episode just dropping and the male lead actor they chose, I'd say the show still has more to offer. I'd just wait for a second season conformation before the trio to react to it as it's "a lot" to get into for just 1 season.
