This episode made me completely change my opinion on Roman. It was clear that he cares about Kendall and wanted to get him out of that situation. It's just a shame that Logan has irredeemably fucked them both up to the point that they'll never have a truly healthy relationship despite that love still being there.

Might be a crazy take (might change later) but I think its funny that they refer to Connors gf as a prostitute. Because a sugar baby by definition involves affection on both sides but involves gifting money/objects to one side mostly; vs a prostitute is purely a business transaction (money) which is the case for her. People who grow up with emotionally and/or physically abusive parents are trained as kids to 1) be scared of them and 2) always try to please them and get their approval (if you have their approval then you won't suffer their anger.) That stuff gets so drilled into their heads that it doesn't go away when they become adults. Their brains hold on to that as a survival mechanism and it takes a lot of therapy to fix.
