He got 4 years with gohan, then died, a year passed and namek happened and goku was trapped in space for a year and a half, HE GOT 3 GOOD YEARS with gohan, then he spent a FULL YEAR with gohan in the time chamber, then DIED FOR 7 YEARS and this show takes place right after he came back to life lol Out of Gohans 17 years of life up to this point, goku was dead/physically unable to be present for about 10, so I don't blame him.

You cooked yourself 💀💀 Also I think Goku is underestimating the Tamagami and is probably gonna get clapped even with super saiyan forms. So he'll probably train some more and spar with Vegeta. Goku in his regular adult form would've wiped the Tamagami tho for sure.

Even if he could’ve defeated Fat Buu, with his regenerative power he would’ve survive no matter what while Goku was only allowed back on earth for a limited time. There would also be future threats.

This goes without saying for Goten but even with Gohan he left most of his upbringing up to Chichi. He was around early on but outside of training, when it came to raising Gohan that was predominantly Chichi's job.

My guess is it was going to release the episodes in batches which is why if you watch the episodes back to back the pacing makes a lot more sense. But only like 6 months ago (while this show has been in production since 2021) did they change it to releasing weekly on FujiTV.

2024-11-25 23:05:23 +0000 UTCLupa, just like to Jerry from RT TV and many others: Goku is a profoundly great father that sacrificed his life twice for Gohan against Raditz and Cell, when he says “I wasn’t really involved” he meant literally in the sense that he wasn’t involved as much he would’ve liked, not that he was a “deadbeat or bad” by any means, and anyone that has actually paid attention to the series would know that. Enough with the BS agenda that he’s a deadbeat/bad father, it’s almost as bad as believing “DragonBall has no story”
