She was shown using a short riot gas grenade launcher at the memorial fight, and then when they all had hextech weapons before going out she had the same stubby grenade launcher. So they probably just didnt have gas like that prior to jace making her that weapon. Magic juiced riot gas, essentially edit: welp. first 10 seconds of next episode got me xD

In the game, Viktor is a stereotypical villain who believes that human flesh is obsolete and that people should be augmented and made into machine people for the sake of the "Glorious Evolution" to mankind. Here they turned this man into a religious figure. I can't tell what the plot is gonna go for him but since Heimerdinger is terrified of that hexcore from experience hundreds of years ago, it can't be good especially since it's using the voice and image of Sky to manipulate the poor guy into thinking what he's doing is good.
