In dnd lore Greater Demons like Yenk the Goristro can make portals to the abyss and bring demons to the earth. But they can’t get there on their own. So is REALLY GOOD that Vorugal got him. 😬 Though in dnd hell and the abyss are different and they combined the two for Vox Machina. So maybe we’d be good 😅

This episode just goes to PROVE... That MONSTER HUNTER would make for a Great anime..! Or at least that the movie should have been animated 🤣 This level of STRESS fighting this behemoth feels 1000% like taking on a dragon or greater beast in Monster Hunter. It's a helluva time! If you liked Hell Divers 2, then think of Monster Hunter (World) as a primitive, more prehistoric version of THAT. Just more boss heavy and less swarms of random whatevers.

So to answer Shera's question, devils and demons can't die in the material plane so the regular world. They get sent back to hell or the abyss , they can only be killed in their home and even then they don't die the turn in to a weaker being.

DnD lore note, Demons cannot die (barring immense divine intervention) unless they are killed on their plane of existence. They just get sent back to hell and have to wait a certain amount of time before they can return to the plane they died in. This also applies to all other creatures from other planes; elementals, celestials, demons and devils are the most typical. The only ones who get killed regardless are the mortal races.

Probably because Vorugal was just pure strength and aggression, and clearly enjoyed playing with his prey. Umbrasyl's invisibility alone was a massive problem. Of course, having a powerful devil from the hells do most of the dirty work also helps make one easier.

Yeah it was so funny, one of them was playing dark urge and the others had no idea what was going on. Lupa was getting a bit of flack cause he specd his character out not as the class should have but he was still enjoying it and it was a shame when they stopped.
