It's like that chapter/episode of JJK where Megumi gets thrown by Sukuna through a bunch of buildings and doesn't end up dismembered or squashed, forcing the readers/viewers to wrap their heads around it and theorize that maybe it's his bird shikigami that protected him in some way or another. But that's obviously bullshit.

Turbo Granny is based on existing folklore with a reasonable upper limit of speed, so that shouldn't be an issue for now.

Everything he does amounts to "I'm fast as fuck boiii". You never see that in Shounen MCs; the rare times a speedster shows up, they're always side characters or villains because most MCs want to be the strongest or the best at magic or whatever. It's a fun change of pace, literally.

It's kinda like that. As Momo points out Okarun's default state internally is lacking confidence and assuming nothing will work out in his favor. Since you read the manga it shouldn't be a spoiler to discuss this with you, but anyone else, stop reading here. Look at how Aira, Jiji and Unji act while transformed and this should be a bit more obvious. Aira gets really bossy and tries to command the team, and she's always had 100% That Bitch energy. Unji becomes more protective and noble, wasting his limited umbrella power just to be a gentleman. Jiji's is a bit different but I interpret it as him Always wanting to be fun and playful, it's just that his Yokai thinks fighting people is the best kind of fun.
