Might be a stretch but I think the chick in bandages might be her aunt Fortuna we saw in the second season. She has the same eyes and hair and pointed ears as well. And she did have a somewhat romantic relationship with Betelgeuse before Pandora made him insane and we thought she died. Maybe Pandora made her insane as well. Emilia snuck out as a kid and got caught by the cult so that might be the anger she has towards her combined with the insanity. Just a theory though.

The ED is great too but "Memento" from S2 is still my favourite and one of my favourite EDs in general. Styx Helix was also such a banger. This is bringing back a lot of the anticipation I felt when first seeing Regulus and Gluttony all those years ago. Whenever some fuck shit happens that causes his death, he has no choice but to keep going by trial and error to get the ... error part out of the way so he can figure out the right way of handling the situation. There's no immediate correct way because he can't factor an unpredictable future. Just wanted to clear up a part that was explained in the episode but there was a lot of dialogue going on so it was hard to read: Sirius connects everyone and then the emotions pass back and forth continously, this is why it builds up and why subaru was paralyzed with fear in when trying to save the kid, the fear kept going back and forth basically multiplying the fear they both felt.

There has to be a reason why they are hiding Sirius' face.... Her hair is Silver and her iris is purple, her pupil is blue, she shares the same last name as Petelgeuse (whom I'm assuming is the person she's referring to as her husband?). The only other character we know of so far who has silver hair, purple iris', blue pupils and is a love interest of Petelgeuse is Emila's aunt (adoptive mother) Fortuna. The only confusing part is why she would call her a "half-devil" when the "devil" part implies her Elf heritage, when Fortuna is of full Elven blood.

My first thought was regulus since we know he wants to marry emilia and that would make sirius jealous. That could also explain why she looks like emilia. We know regulus also wanted to marry fortuna and fortuna has similar features as emilia. It was only mentioned in a single line last episode, but Tina is Lusbel's childhood friend. Sirius was going to take her hostage, but Lusbel volunteered instead to save Tina. And, as you saw, Sirius took Tina anyway. Man, I just have no idea how they're gonna get outta this one. I dunno if y'all remember, but Reinhard has an obscene list of blessings and abilities, and Sirius essentially just turned him off. And not only that, Regulus Corneas just showed up. He was there with the Archbishop of Gluttony when the caravan with Rem and Crusch got attacked and they both lost their memories. Shit went from peacefully hanging out and training for a year to "oh god what the fuck do we do" immediately. EDIT: Also, something that was a bit more explained in the LN, Subaru was returned only 15 minutes prior to his death. He's usually gotten a day at least. This is the shortest time he's ever had between death and checkpoint thus far. So the pressure is ON.

Wow, talk about a crazy episode! I saw it with my Dad first, then I got curious about what others thought, and so here I am lol. Have to say though, I'm not one for reactions much, but I really enjoy your afterthoughts and theories! You bring up interesting perspectives from your vast knowledge of entertainment, some things that I would never think of, and I think that's really cool. Also, you all should peep the ending! It's really fire.

This was a very good episode. One thing I wanted to say about Subaru dying in the tower when he was hanging. He died due to pure fear. She basically took Lusbel's (The child) fear applied it Subaru then took the fear Subaru was now feeling (his own and now Lusbels fear) and applied it to Lusbel. Then took the fear Lusbel was now feeling and applied it to Subaru and so on and so forth. Basically she kept multiplying the fear over and over until it killed him. Literally Death by Fear. And glad you guys respected his decision making process this time around. From what I remember his checkpoint is only 15 minutes before Sirius appears on the tower. So he was dying in the span of 10 to 15 minutes and immediately coming up with a new plan. Also expect more hands from a lot of characters this season. This Arc is crazy. No spoilers though. Enjoy the ride.
