Supe or no, it definitely freaked him out, and just because he has accelerated healing and enhanced durability, that shit still hurt. Plus, like the rest of them, he was a regular NPC civilian before he got his powers. And since he has no experience fighting another supe, once he caught fire, his mind and body probably couldn’t get past the fact that he was on fire and that he was in immense pain, probably the most pain he’s ever experienced.
