But the thing that got me into MHA is i was told (season 3 was out already) that the main villain had a power where anything he touched literally dissintigrated. And after playing Maghic the gathering for years and utterly HATING black decks for their endless Death touch metas i had always ranted about how ONE person with death touch in a fight is busted. You cant lose. SO when i heard about shigaraki i was like LETTSS fucking see how this goes. And honestly im not wrong hes stupidly broken he does have all these other quirks but cant use them its jsut him and his stupid fingers lol

But the way he gets access to higher percentage is by making his overall body stronger, so it stands to reason that if he could get strong enough to wield 100 percent without any outside assistance, he’d probably be able to punch harder with that 100%. Also another thing to keep in mind is that his still a teenager, he could still have some growing to do. Maybe not much but some. Also, we don’t exactly know if OFA is just a set amount of power when attacking, or if it acts as a multiplier with the base strength. If it’s a multiplier then being able to use 100% naturally would be more beneficial. Last thing I just realized. I think that if he only concentrated the energy in his arm like he originally did, his punches would be stronger, that’s how All Might used the United States of Smash. Full Cowling seems to be for easing the burden on his body.

Deku losing his cool with Monoma and Shinso, Iida and Stain, Allmight losing his stomach, Endeavor losing his stomach. A rage moment Deku sounds and looks epic, but the series makes it clear that's not how you get the job done.

Think about it, no one can replace Yaomomo or Shoj for examplei and they're side characters AF. Their roles in fights, the special bonds they've crafted. I do agree there could be more deaths here, but I also prefer a series where each character has their own way of affecting the plot simply by being who they are compared to series that think violence automatically creates emotional stakes.

It's important to understand and think of what comes after killing off characters. What exactly does it accomplice? Why? Does this character not need further growth? It's much more than just "not feeling any stakes" from a narrative perspective WHY?
