2024-07-22 16:09:17 +0000 UTCThe Penthouse is great up to season 2. Season 3 is kinda redundant and controversial. Another similar and less problematic show is Sky Castle (20 episodes). Both series are about high society and extreme/unealthy school competition. Also, I personally think you would love Vincenzo. It's the perfect mix of comedy and action. The acting is phenomenal in all three series. The normal length of 1 episode is roughly 50 min to 1h15 min for all three series.

It's one of the only kdramas to truly give me chills. I think each ep is like an hour though but I think it's definitely worth the watch. Also idk if anyone else said this but it's the main girl in the movie that was in The Call, not the girl she was talking to.

First off, the actress who plays Minhee (dead friend) has a minor role in Attorney Woo Ep. 2 as the wedding dress shop employee who got fired and became a witness in the case. Recs — (Korean Movies) • Kill Boksoon (also on Netflix, revenge/assassin flick) • Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (aka just “Lady Vengeance” in some countries; a masterpiece and my fave Park Chan-wook movie from the Vengeance trilogy. Does involve child violence—and retribution for it—though.) • The Witch Part One (feat. Yiseo from Itaewon Class) and Part Two (feat. Woo Young-woo) • Silenced • 20th Century Girl (if you want to cry) Imma be so real with you I generally do not do Asian supernatural horror movies because they’re way too good at it lmao. I’ve heard The Wailing is an experience and A Tale of Two Sisters is also a lot. Not Korean, but Viet: Furie. It’s an action revenge movie. Basically Vietnamese Taken except from a mother’s POV. It has a sequel called Furies that’s definitely different in tone but still good. (K-Dramas) • Pyramid Game (uhh…flashback parts of The Glory meet Kakegurui-style academic social class system) • Marry My Husband (Time travel revenge drama but also romcom) • Lovely Runner (Time travel romcom but also murder mystery) • Hotel del Luna (Iconic supernatural k-drama and the main character has Ko Munyeong levels of drip. The love interest from The Glory is a recurring character!) • I still haven’t seen Extracurricular but I’ve heard it’s worth it!

It also has a touch of down with the rich and crazy plot twists. Fair warning though it is 3 seasons and each episode ranges between 50 min to 1 hour 15 but SO WORTH IT. One of my favorite Kdramas of all time.

I know you don't get to all comments and don't react on all shows and movies though. Edit: Oh and about the time constraints, hear me out hear me out. CLONING! See what you do is go on the dark web and find a scientist interested in volunteers for human cloning. Yes, I know human cloning is illegal but they probably wouldn't do it in a country that's outlawed it anyway. Once you have clones, those clones can do the stuff you don't have time for. I know, brilliant idea right? :-) j/k
