I mean, my main complaint is everyone's unwillingness to confront Carmy. To fully confront him on his mental shit. They all see it, they all know it, and yet they're just walking on eggshells around him. I'm sure they're setting him up for a breaking point, again, but him this season really affected the cohesion of the team. But that's my perspective on it.

Even the asshole chef we keep getting flashbacks to is Jeff from Community lol, it all depends on the role and how well it's written into the story. The problem is that John Cena just can't really stop trying to be the center of attention whenever he's on screen.

Part of what made the first season so great was he largely unknown cast. I still think the show is great, but I feel like the show is kinda becoming too much of a fan of itself.
