Those people don't know Kafka and even if they did, they would still need to test him. And thankfully, they did. Also, Numbered Kaijus are numbered as they're discovered. It's not because he's no8 that he's stronger than no 2. The humanoid Kaiju, the one who fled from Kafka is no 9, but that doesn't mean he's stronger either. Hell, we quite clearly saw that he was weaker. What matters is their fortitudes. That;s how their inidivual strenghts are determined.

Hence the reaction from the higher up is normal. Y'all remember what happened during Eren's trail after his first transformation right? Levi kicked and stomped the s*** out of him. This is a reasonable development. And about what the Director did that made Kafka lose control. If I understand correctly, it was because the kaiju inside him viewed the Director as a serious threat with a Daikaiju power, wasn't it? Well then it is bound to happen at some point, possibly very soon with how the story progresses. At least here, we are in a controlled environment. If he lost control on the field, God knows what would happen. The collateral damage alone is enough to threaten his allies.

If they find some medical treatment to remove it from him, it kind of feels cheesy, but I'm happy to see how the manga and anime progress.

If any of the lower ranked officers (the ones who know and support Kafka) talk out of turn or act out, they could get disciplined, imprisoned, or discharged. And if that happens, they'd have no power to help Kafka. So they had to obey orders at first, and then do what they were doing behind the scenes to gather evidence to support him. Also, I wish they'd have done some of the scenes closer to the manga, because Ichikawa specifically says he's willing to transfer divisions because he wants to get stronger to catch up to Kafka. And the officers who are watching the commander fight Kafka understand and call out that the commander is testing him and giving him a chance to prove himself, because he could've just killed Kafka in human form if he wanted to.

In the grey the parasyte cannot converse with its host and only comes out in times of danger. When it does come out the host is asleep and unaware think like moon knight. Roshi and the crew did a whole reaction to both the anime of parasyte and the live action one its pretty good.

Also, like previous comments mentioned, what would happen if he lost control for the first time out in a mission? At least this way, they, and Kafka, now know it is possible to lose control. Way better to find that out now at a testing site than out in the field

Secondly when the parasite was talking it said kill kill, Kaiju…kill, maybe I am wrong but the parasite may just want to kill Kaiju’s and views the director as a Daikaiju or I am just coping real hard.

If I were them I'd take no chances either before u end up with a Shibuya incident. I get the frustration since we as viewers know he's the MC but I'd be on the same timing if I were them!
