Saying "Min wants to see him alone" to Guryongpo and the one with the pistol in office fight scene. So you may realize that the school now is totally has something to do with NIS. Many people didn't notice this.

But when Director Min said that they're building the new generation, there was nothing mentioned of "reproducing". Like when basketball teams are looking for new talents, they don't be creating the players from scratch lol They just go around the country to recruit talents.

And they latched onto it. 😂 He’s right that it exists / is planned to exist, but it hasn’t actually come up (chronologically) yet and they keep thinking it’s already in place when it’s not. None of these initial relationships or kids were planned by the government at all, lol. And it’s more of a scouting program than anything.

Also, simply flying away would hinge on him being able to carry both his wife and his 2-3 year old son on his back, then out flying a hole convoy of military personnel who could be on a potential kill mission.
