I will say that even though he is in someone else's body, his consciousness is intact so since he's the type of person that naturally reacts in a physical way to whatever is happening, I don't think he's really thinking about the body he's in at the time. I think that's understandable as the body moves based on his thoughts and feelings just like his own body does. There are plenty of times when our bodies react before we can even think about it. It's still irresponsible yes, but it's indirect. And no Cheng doesn't listen. If he did the show wouldn't be as good as it is lol.

Lots of people, that I've talked to and that have watched the show are usually quite divided on whose right in each scenario (Cheng's ideology vs. Lu's)

2024-06-19 22:15:25 +0000 UTCI can see why Lupa is mad about Cheng but I partly blame Lu Guang for this, Lu should know that Cheng is impulsive, keeping secrets from Cheng was not the right move, he could've handled the police case situation better than simply saying "nothing we can do" cause that cause Cheng to get hung up on this serial killer case. These last few episodes are absolutely phenomenal, cannot wait.

And he sees Lu Guang as being too laid back and mysterious when it comes to who he helps and who he doesn't help. Cheng doesn't feel obligated to listen to Lu Guang because Lu doesn't listen either. That's how I see it but yall might see it different. Cheng does need to be more careful though. But when he gets caught up in the moment, it's like he doesn't realize he's in someone else's body. He's careless and self-sacrificial, so him being in someone else's body in the moment probably doesn't even cross his mind when he's trying to help.
