I think he just saw that she was out there in the dark and decided to light it up for her, just being the thoughtful person he is. I might be wrong; maybe you watched the show already and actually know as a fact. I only know about the mom from tiktok clips.

They wouldn't want to advertise anything if he did get hurt bad but managed to heal very quickly. He was a kid at the time so gradually his powers could have gotten better overtime where it would take alot for him to get hurt now compared to then. Again this is just a theory 😅 don't pay too much mind to it.

2024-05-22 22:16:20 +0000 UTCbongseok is probably one of the loveliest characters i've seen in LA media, you literally can't help but smile while watching him. with this episode i noticed that this show is sooo smooth when it comes to switch the genre, this ep literally felt like a rom-com /coming of age type of film while the last two eps have more of an action/suspense type of vibe, we get the best of both worlds. there are lots of scenes in this series where the director choses to show instead of tell, the fried chicken dad reacting to her daughter taking care of herself so that he can have his heart more at ease, he was so touched, as sheera said, that he couldn't even utter a word, we understand how he feels just by looking at his face, and omg the actor is SO good, i'm so excited for ya'll to see more of his character, his work here is insane imo.
