well that wasnt apocalypse's face on the moon. that is the blue area of the moon where kree and inhumans have lived so those statues and ruins are from one of those civilizations. it has atmosphere including oxygen which is why rogue can be in "space". but its all about the writer: some writers have super so powered he can survive in a vacuum unaided; other writers have him needing a whole space suit. same with rogue. but in general: she has carol danvers original powers. if she could survive in a vacuum, theoretically so can rogue.

so the virus is deadly. eventually the virus will consume its host, inevitably taking over, and killing the host. in cable’s case he has telekinesis, which can be used to keep the virus at bay, which he eventually learns to do. so since bastion ripped his arm off the virus has nothing to consume and replace. maybe if cable was able to regrow a normal arm by any means the virus would be able to take control again, if cable isn’t preventing it.

T'challa wasn't a kid during the original X-Men show/the 90s Marvel Animated Universe. He was already Black Panther and T'chaka had already died.
