I dont watch mid anime, but yeah i knew it was mid from the first episode. One dimensional mc and predictable/basic plot. "At least i can watch it for the cool fights"......well that didn't last long. These types of shows usually do very well for those that like it, but this show managed to piss off even their loyal fanbase that usually are here just for the action. Truly amazing~

Yeah sadly Sunghoo Park was basically a one man army with this project. Behind the storyboarding, direction and key animation on pretty much every episode. They should have brought more people in but it’s the studios first project so they’ll learn from it

Dungeon Meshi is good for a duo watch since I'm not sure Lupa cares for that kind of anime. But yeah this anime died after the second episode because none of the characters honestly clicked ... I bet everyone would have forgiven this animes sudden change to Ninja mecha suits if the character's were more likable but they weren't. I didn't care when Emma died and honestly she was my favorite which says a lot. The plot didnt grab me all that much either sadly. It was cool but it didn't make me cry. Higan bored the crap outta me and I can't even explain why. A character being hot can only go so far, yo. And yeah, Roshi is right, this would have been great as a movie to wrap up in 2 hours.

I started watching anime in 2021 so in my experience this is the biggest downfall I’ve ever seen and have no idea if there’s been worse but this was terrible Watched up till ep 7 stopped heard ep 11 they were back to the hands and tried to watch ep 8 in which I gave up and went straight to 11 and then I decided that there was no ep 12 and 13 and that 11 was the season finale and I was done
