People can only roll over and take it for so long. Someone like Magneto especially, when this is all he has ever known. No one is saying these things are "right". Simply that if you want to avoid chaos, you need to actually listen and help those who are in trouble in society. Beast quoted MLK last ep and it's even more relevant here: riots are the language of the unheard. Thinking about whether the show is saying Magneto's actions here are right or wrong is looking at this in the entirely wrong context. What the writers are saying, imo, is that this behavior is inevitable when people are backed into a corner and not allowed to have the simple necessities of living on this Earth.

Basically the magnet in a compass points North, but Magneto reversed the polarity so the magnet will now point South. It is believed that a magnetic pole reversal can cause electronics to stop working (basically a worldwide EMP), which is what Magneto seems to have done here.

The Earth's highest magnetic field concentration is found in the North and South poles. By going there, Magneto's powers of magnetism would be amplified tremendously. Or rather, he's able to use his mutant power to tap into the Earth's magnetic field and manipulate it on a global scale. This is what essentially happens in the X-Men comic arc "Fatal Attractions" (FYI that was the comic arc where Magneto uses his amplified power to control Colossus, rip Cable in half, and tear the adamantium from Wolverine's bones damn near killing him). And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why he's an Omega Level Mutant.

Good chance her and forge are dealing with prime sentinels in other places. Also to clear up, Bastion isn’t having the prime sentinels mate with humans. At least I’m 95% sure. Since he is making people into prime sentinels through a factor process. That’s just how he was born. By nimrod taking over a human and producing a child. The prime sentinels are just sleeper agents that activate on bastion command or when they come into contact with a mutant. The idea is for them to look like normal people to catch mutants off guard cause a mutant can miss reread a human look person. They aren’t miss a giant ass red robot.

That's at least how I understood it since the north and south pole have the strongest magnetic field.
