That said, I'm not certain of their exact ages because the people quoting the sources aren't clear on it. And it's not like Japanese law applies in that world. Kazuma and Darkness are both under legal drinking age in Japan and both of them drink plenty of alcohol. Heck, the only other time I've actually seen an underage person drink in anime was Leorio from Hunter X Hunter. The kids tell him he's too young to drink and he replies by saying that where he's from he's allowed to drink at 16.
