Then i get into the YouTube cinema space and now everyone hates x3 lol. Cant relate. One is meh but watchable. 2 and 3 are my faves. Im an xfreak. Comics, novels, tv and movies. I consume and (for the most part) love it all. Took a second chance for me to get into evolution cause its SO different from the OG series and regressive in some ways with them being kids, BUT putting aside what is comics accurate: they did their thing. And if you are in your 20s, i get it. My lil sis loves evolution and could not get into the OG series. Its too old for her lol

One i folllow has finished all five seasons and others are powering through season 1. So we will see how lucrative it is or isnt but yeah. Realistically they can watch in their own time. Such an amazing show that taught me lot including increasing my vocabulary and literary acumen. Thank you Dr. McCoy!

It was such a nostalgic trip down memory lane for me, so if you grew up watching, I think you'll feel the same. By the time you finish the original and the first season of X-Men 97, maybe the second season will be ready (and then you won't need another recap later). And, honestly, if you watch the new stuff now... you'll have a longer wait for the second season (just like the rest of us).

That being said they do a pretty good job of laying the audience into it so if you guys just pay close attention to everything being said (Which you're great at) then you should be good.

If you have a basic idea of the X-Men you should be good and it does a pretty good job of filling you in on the big plot points that are impacting the story. Think it should be pretty straightforward to pick up from the jump, as someone who hasn't watched the old show since he was a kid and kept up fine.
