So it doesn't really matter that the Chechens got to him first, Ryan's blood is still on his hands. If Barry wanted to, he could've warned him, or even protected him, but he was fully ready to kill him at the time.

2024-03-02 00:38:52 +0000 UTCNgl this is probably like my favorite Sally episode out of the entire series just because of how good both her ranting scenes are and the absolutely MONUMENTAL backslide into bitter narcissism and self deception she has lmao Rewatching, i feel like this episode and those scenes for Sally is kinda like her version of Barry shooting up the monastery in the season 2 finale where its like they both regressed into the worst versions of themselves at the slightest push or inconvenience And then Sally’s stuff in the season 2 finale with the scene change and her lying and taking all the credit is her version of Barry killing Moss in season 1 where they both couldn’t resist doing what they had already done for so long and just fell back into it way too easily

2024-03-01 17:08:43 +0000 UTCThe thing is that Natalie took Sally's concept, a mom helping her child out with problems on an episode-to-episode basis, and plugged in the BanShe algorithm hacks like the deserts being mentioned in the first 2 minutes and it being set near Central Park. So while it's not so much "stealing", she essentially made the show Sally needed to make if she wanted to be successful.
