I mean they have an idea about what possible things could happen to them for certain things but they just don't know the full extent of it. The crazy part was I liked how I think it was Roshi or Sheera saying that what if the other John and Jane was working for a completely different group or organization. That may be a bit farfetched but it's crazy that the other two just makes others do their missions for them and the organization hasn't done anything to them for doing that, even if the mission was a success. I'm with sheera when she said that Runi sounded worried that maybe they should do their missions on their own because she didn't know if them killing the captain would be good for them or not. That's super high risk thinking it's best to put your missions in the hands of someone else.

It kind of fit for John's character like they said with how open he is when he is interacting with people, but I'm surprised Jane was on board with immediately hanging out with the other Jane and John🤔. It was just odd maybe they are just super lonely and didn't care to be suspicious or even cautious when meeting them. That mission was wild and crazy though 😂. That was an adventure

Also, when John asked what was in the bags, chick said "GPS!... PHONES!..." amongst other things. I think they were drugged up in that moment, as well as drunk. Even the way they woke up on the 'Copter afterwards was kinda wild.

2024-02-27 23:47:53 +0000 UTCSo from the perspective of being spies, showing the other Smith’s the entire layout of their house and telling them all those details is incredibly stupid and dangerous(just as dangeroud as John talking to his mom so casually and often) BUT a big part of the show is how many analogies and metaphors they use to parallel real relationship stuff so i can see it being from the point of view of like “Newly-weds trying to make new married couple friends and doing everything they can to impress them and seem cool” . Just like how episode 1 had the thing with them exchanging numbers, episode 2 had them have sex after their “second date”, and episode 3 had them sharing their locations and like actively admitting their feelings for each other and agreeing to sleep in the same bed(like a thing of going from casual sex to an actual relationship). Even the conversation with the other John at the beginning sounded like they were talking about being married at first. This one had them navigating making new friends as a couple and realizing how phony they are and then shittalking them at the very end Also i swear so much of the shit John says sounds like some shit Donald Glover would actually say and do irl
