It's still annoying to watch even if there's an excuse behind his behavior. I'm sure they'll drop the teenage drama at some point and have Arajin just voice this to Matakara instead of stringing it along by them not having an actual conversation. In the meantime, the show is going to lose a lot of watchers from how unsufferable he acts until that arc is resolved late in the season. Plus, I doubt he's going to go a complete 180, he'll probably be nicer to Matakara and somewhat accept being a Honki person but remain a complete simp.
