I can't tell if Death is spitting or an imbecile because of course humans bear with life if it feels like hell. Speaking from personal experience there's always a chance it might get better even at the lowest but real hell is not the case unless there a chance to get out of eternal damnation in that case maybe but the thing is no one knows so they try and do better but sometimes it just is too much you'd think Death would be a little more sensitive and understanding like the one from the sandman show she was amazing. It all most makes me question if that's really Death maybe the devil or God IDK but one thing I know for sure if that is Death she's super petty and sadistic. I saw someone flicking the lighter on the second guy so I'm definitely looking out for that in the future my guess is the first guy's older brother also shout out all the actors they do a great job of selling our MC in they're body.

Only the heaven and hell part makes sense for a Christian but they have added this woman as a middleman which isn't biblical at all. It's a fantasy drama after all so they added her & the 12 reincarnations to 1 make it interesting and 2 get the dramas message across regarding suicide, greed, selfishness, etc.

death is not satan. "Death" is is nowhere near similar to any Abrahamic faith like Islam or Christianity (Korean mythology, is a combination of Korean shamanism, Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, and various local myths). Death is not "evil" or whatever like how the bible portrays satan. Death is "Yeomra" and "his" role is to judge the sins of the dead and decide where they spend the afterlife. Death might leave things out or speak in riddles to give a better judgment but death does not lie like satan. this is how i learned it from my korean great-grandma anyways

The main character (Seo In-guk) is one of my favorite kdrama actors. I usually watch the dramas where he plays a more comedic role. He's hilarious to watch imo. He was great in Cafe Minamdang! Same with Mc from Iteawon class and the mc from Bloodhounds. I'm more used to their more funny/comedic roles in other kdramas. Speaking of which, I would love it if you watched "Fight my way". Same Mc from iteawon class, but he acts very different, more funny. I feel like you guys would love it.
