You can kind of get a feel for what is mostly real and what's mostly bullshit after a while. But to be honest it's more than that. They take a somewhat valid truth and then figure out how much they can stretch it until its validity is only hanging from a single thread.

Also the Cloriform is heavier than air so if you put in in a bowl (The ring in this case) it will sink into it and be contained there since the air will sit above it acting as a lid, they did this in DR Stone to with the Sulfruic acid that sits low to the ground. ALSO Using the weight of your head in a punch isnt cap either lol thats basic martial arts theory, You put your body into a punch, you twist your legs, hips torso, lean your head in, all that body weight doesnt just disappear, its all getting funneled into the point of contact. Thats why heavyweight fighters hit so hard, its not just muscle they just have more weight to put into their blows.

The subtitles were written weird but was essentially saying that he used to be at a level where he couldn’t even hid one page on his fist, but now he can hide the newspaper in its entirety. Again, subtitles said it in a weird way lol also that’s how the whip makes that sound, its breaking the sound barrier.
