I watched the whole show, enjoyed it very much.. I still hated Sally at the end. And like they said in the opening it's not to absolve Barry, but the show does very little to make me feel any sympathy for Sally (especially in the beginning here) I think even Fuches has some charisma points thrown his way by the show writers.

We're on episode 5. As someone who has seen the series and binged the fuck out of it. You're losing your mind because people don't like people like Sally, which is 100% fine, you don't HAVE to like Sally. It isn't a debate on who's worse, if she's awful she's awful. And I definitely don't take kind to being called misgyonistic when I hella advocate for women characters in anything. Everyone here got valid points. She has been adversely affected by other factors outside of Barry; and her response to those issues was great. However, the way she treats Barry and magnifies problems of her own volition, and also narcissistically interacts with others, shows that she need plenty of growth in her own way. The show is great, and the real discussions should revolve around their development rather than one-time interactions they've had, because it reduces them to a one-dimensional character rather than simply seeing the show through without interruption to get the whole character.

Can I just praise how incredibly well directed this show is? It’s subtle, but the framing and composition and editing and line delivery are all so sharp, you can tell it stems from having top tier directors at the helm (among them Bill Hader himself). The raid scene felt like a homage to Roger Deakins’ work in Sicario and that’s high praise. Also.. fuck Sally. All my homies hate Sally.

Also, most people haven't met murderers or have been personally affected by someone like Barry. He's obviously bad and dysfunctional, but in a way that we can detach from and think of him more as a character. I might be able to help. I'm a contributor to NVIDIA's GPU software and have helped a very tiny bit with 3D software(a bit different from premiere) for film & gaming industry. I've never used Premiere, but it should have crash logs that will give information that will trace it back to the cause. If you forward that to me(or adobe support I guess but idk if they suck) it should give some helpful diagnostics. I don't know what OS you're on, I'm guessing windows. From what I've googled, this is where the crash logs are stored: [username_here] -> Documents -> Adobe -> [Version_of_premiere_here] -> Logs they should be located there with the time they occurred. so for example: `C:/Sheera/Documents/Adobe/24.1/Logs` It's different for Mac, i'll just assume you don't use one though. There's also this folder for Windows if you care enough C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\[Version]\CrashDumps

The actual acting during the "I was in the military" scene was amazing. Seeing how hurt Barry actually was really drives home later on how terrible Sally was during the bar scene trying to turn the class against him. It's still so interesting how Sally and Barry are kind of terrible people in such different ways, but Sally's kind of terrible is just so much more irritating. It's probably because we've met people like Sally, so her narcissism feels more real than Barry's disregard for human life. Also I don't know how they managed to write a mercenary as a golden retriever, but I kind of love Taylor lmao.

both sally and barry r big red flags, only reason why Barry is more toralable is because he's written softer (aka less annoying even though objectivly he's worse), we see his struggles which makes us empthazise even though he's a murderer. We also put ourselves in his shoes and sympathize with the descisions he has to make. That laptop thing is still weird asf.
