I mean the show says he has it, that’s the only reason I mentioned the disorder. It appears to me like the people around him just told him he was a certain way so he just acted like that. It’s pretty obvious that he cares about his family though, he’s not aware to what extent.

After several years it might take a long time to adjust and focus but it won't be "goo". A great example would be Annie Shapiro that went into coma for almost 30 years

It's a asian mob show. It's suspenseful and really interesting, it isn't cheesy like other dramas tend to be.
