Flower of Evil Ep 2

the misdirection is strong here, feels fishy

Comments

King The Land is such a good show. It has so much love, laughter, and fun in it. ☺️

Doyoungismyult

As dumb as it sounds to hear it as an excuse, I have gotten a paper cut on the face before. When you're handling/moving a bunch of papers regularly, being quick and not really paying attention, it can happen. I sure did pause and laugh at myself though when it happened.

David

That last scene felt so strange and dragged out lmao and then you've got Zues in the background having a field day throwing lighting like crazy 😂

Koifull

I watched this 3 years ago when it 1st came out, even I'm confused as to who is who and what is what Lol then I be like "oh yeaaaah". Not sure why some K-Dramas censor and others don't, maybe it depends on what TV Network in Korea that they're shown on.

Elle E.

The blurring is because Korea has strict censorship laws

Anth

I'm calling mis-direct. He's the co-protagonist of the show, so he can be bad... but not too bad. He can be a psychopath but not a murderer.

Mike A

Straight to netflix, rules don't apply

Christina Scarfeo

Sheera’s face when Roshi said, “Maybe he gave her the sleeping spills so she could fall asleep so he can go get her something to surprise her with” 😂

AllanJ

But what about a show like My Name?

Nick

Tye reason the blur things out. The Korea Communications Standards Commission has issued a censor for anything that might cause excessive shock, anxiety or disgust to viewers.

Anthony

Nah, she looking at him weird because buddy came home at 3:30 AM Sheera

earthphoenix7068

They always do that in K-drama the stand off thing. It's like a story telling style. When you watch the next episode the whole vibe will change from that final scene.

Anton Chisolm

I do think they will, we will know if they give it a shot , I think they will have a good laught and feel nice too if you know what i mean, but like I said we don’t know unless they see it one day 😔

Juancina

as someone who was born in 83 and graduated in 2003: yes, he can still be in high school in 2002. could be a senior, could have switched schools causing him to miss credits, staid back a year or two

rickie woodson

idk if that was sarcasm or genuine, but by the end of next week i’m watching with the same amount of information as they’ve got lol. i did not get far with this at all

Bria A.

lol sure

britt

they already know he has an entirely separate identity and that his father and the man who’s been seen as his father in present day are different people, though (since the serial killer is supposedly dead). i didn’t spoil anything that wasn’t already given — in fact i’m only a couple of episodes ahead of this one myself lmao, i don’t know shit

Bria A.

him having a sister and her being connected to moojin is kinda a spoiler since the show makes it obvious hes an only child

britt

There's so much school violence in kdramas even the preschoolers throw hands

Sami Mottaghian

It’s a good show but for Roshi and sheera I don’t think they would like it

Sukisuki

It Obito Uchiha.

Jamaal Ellison

I'm glad the goofy Bloodhounds cop got the W here. I hope he isn't a villain by the end.

J Man

I love the goofy cop from Bloodhounds tho. He was like: "Yo! You gonna choke a broad, in broad daylight!"

J Man

Really!? Oh man… well for me it was very beautiful , it really shows the chemistry the actors have. But everyone has his opinions

Juancina

same. in fact i just saw a post on reddit asking if it was worth finishing and most comments were no.

Snax

ive only heard bad things about it

Sasha

Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hasnain Khan

Guys, this has nothing to do with the video, but i would like to recommend you to watch the KDrama 'King the land' please, a reaction to that show, the show its really well done and wholesome.

Juancina

i find it very funny that the mystery around his age is a thing in show because lee joongi is literally 41 right now which means around filming time he would’ve actually been at or pushing 39. drop the skin routine, sir.

Bria A.

yeah i know basic korean, just a slip while typing! i’ll fix. also i know nayoung from her idol days before anything, so it’s just habit to end up assuming she’s younger because she *is* younger lmao 😅

Bria A.

Certain depictions of graphic violence are blurred out in some KDramas , their broadcasting regulations are different. The folks on this show love to say "we were young" when excusing some effed up stuff they did as teens.

Sarah

i mean, the dude in the basement will need to eat eventually i'm sure......

Snax

the police mentioned that his father is dead, suspected of committing suicide.

Snax

older sister. he calls her 'noona', which means older sister or older female friend. also it showed her in the first episode when moo jin was looking at her necklace. it showed a flashback of her wearing it.

Snax

LOL... she clapped the old lady because she didn't like climbing stairs

J Man

This always made me chuckle because it made scissors look "lewd"

J Man

He's 39. They celebrated his 39th birthday last episode 🤣

우영팬

Early consensus is seeming like this series won't have a bromance kbbq hand feeding scene. I hope I am proved wrong.

JohnnySmoke

The girl in the high school era flashback is his older sister btw, not an old romantic interest (they briefly showed her nametag). She also has a connection with Moojin, which is why he still has her necklace, but I think future episodes should clarify that for you so I won’t keep talking about it. Last episode Heesung celebrated his “39th” birthday in the present day timeline (and this show was filmed before Korea switched to the international age system so either 39 or 38? Either way, probably a fake age.) Idk if that’s a wig or not when he’s younger, but the mostly blond with a brown underlayer thing is a dye job some people do.

Bria A.

Y’all have to react to Taxi Driver. It’s definitely a show you would enjoy. Season 1 and 2 is already out and season 3 is confirmed

Jalan

Korean laws are very strict about censorship. Unless it's direct to streaming, a regular network show will always censor knives (in the context of crime) and other things like drugs and "disturbing" things.
