So I've never seen YOU before but I more or less know the synopsis. I've seen three seasons of DEXTER I guess this is like a Korean version of YOU but the main character reminds me of Dexter a little bit seems like we're in for a good ride. Also yeah that guy for sure fumbled I know it's for the story but he's definitely an idiot and a torture basement is wild how in the hell is his wife a detective and she doesn't know that's there🤔. I guess ignorance is bliss like they said.

it's so cringey. such an overrated show. no chemistry between the leads, cringey attempts at an italian storyline with piss poor attempts at speaking italian (love sjk but i couldn't with him and his awful pronunciation), and over the top characters that are unbearable to watch. the only good things about the show are the relationships between the lead and his villain counterparts. honestly the best acting i've seen from taec. not worth the 20 episodes tho. could've easily been 16 with room to spare even.

Flower of Evil is such a good show and I fell off for no reason other than life getting in the way and me forgetting, so I’m hyped to finish this with y’all. Also, Moojin didn’t bring backup because he was legit just going to get a necklace repaired by an acquaintance’s metal crafter husband. He didn’t realize Heesung was Hyeonsu until showing up and seeing him lol. And I obviously don’t know Korean law, but the confession might still have grounds because he voluntarily requested his parents to leave and wasn’t coerced into it.

so i only knew the angle of him being a serial killer and "can he keep his wife from finding out". everything else was a complete surprise. i like that we have the procedural angle with the cops to keep up the action since it seems its going to be a slow burn with hyeon-su's shenanigans. good cast of characters so far, especially the wife's partners in crime...fighting!
