Eve catches them in the shower and Rex says "it meant nothing" in front of Kate to try and deflect that he's cheating. 3. Rex repeats this sentiment by trying to win Eve back with a lame-ass declaration of love but no real sign he's sorry. She rejects him, Rex is single. 4. S2 happens and Rex is now a sad puppy with everyone not taking his shit anymore, whether they slept with him or not. 5. Kate declines his advances because they were never dating, he said she means nothing to him, and she likes the immortal better. 6. You blame Kate and forget most of what Rex actually did. Like, I'm all for the Rex redemption arc. I think there's been great moments where he cares for his team or tries to be nice to Mark, and he clearly had something bad happen to him to have this asshole attitude all the time. But I'm not going to dogpile on Kate with a selective memory of what happened in S1 😂 At worst, she's neutral and was a bit of a bad friend to Eve. That's it.

These guys seem extreme in their beliefs but then again we never seen a planet under their thumb before to see what type of rules they enforce on others and on themselves. Viltrumites and humans look extremely similar to eachother. Not only just white Viltrumites but brown shaded ones too and I'm wondering why that is. All the other galactic species look wild but Viltrum and Earth's species look identical. I wonder why that is. I know it's for the purpose of a story that takes place on Earth, but I'm more so asking if there maybe an in-universe lore reason like humans are technically Viltrumites from billions of years ago who lost their powers and abilities over time for ... some reason and if Mark is actually 100% Viltrumite despite having a human mother, then maybe humans really were Viltrumites and can pop out pure Viltrumite offspring. If that's true, Earth is gonna be in trouble. Omniman did say that the Viltrum population took a huge hit during their Purge to only have their strongest survive and this is why they only send one Viltrumite to a planet on their own. If Viltrum figures out humans can give them strong pure blooded babies that are like Mark, who is building a big reputation for himself, they're gonna wanna hard focus on Earth and turn that into a whole breedstock planet to give them new, possibly even stronger soldiers for their universal cause. But this is a theory.

I think it would be cool if she were a villain or something so she would be doing this on purpose, but it feels like they are ignoring the writing of the last season. I wouldn't be surprised if next episode they drop a "oh he passed away" randomly and quickly move on because having such a short life is normal for their species. I knew the Omniman reveal was gonna happen the second the bug revealed himself because this part keeps track with the comics. Also, I get dude is in pain and is taking his anger out on Debbie, but homie needs to rethink what he did and said and apologize because that was uncalled for and his fault for even bringing Green Ghost up. It'll suck if Debbie gets kicked out of the support group, which shouldn't happen regardless, and if she does get kicked, home boy better be kicked out too for spill personal info like that.

It'd be like if there was a support group for the families of mass shooting victims and someone joins the group whose family member was a mass shooter. Even if you were affected horribly by it too, your presence just takes away from what the group is trying to accomplish. Yes she deserves support too and yes she is hurt in a similar way, but you can't ask people who are grieving such a terrible and brutal loss to be rational about things like that.
