The fact that Gena had a death wish like Andy is sad. Wonder who founded the union to begin with was it because of God and their rules? It makes sense according to what juiz said a new one being added even if they weren't there so that's why they involve themselves but how long exactly has this been going on centuries 🤔? Instead of trying to deduce everything I just paid attention to the small things like how cool Uma burn looked or Billy the kid being epic as hell or juiz being everything plus more or what sounds like bakugo being here or the fact that when mui woke up I couldn't even tell that she had until she started talking like animators what the hell is going on with that both her and shen. Sorry had to get that off my chest. Overall I'm getting mad fireforce vibes with this show so maybe there'll be an anti union that thinks the rules must be added on some religious type thing if not then I guess we just throwing hands with God.

Plus it seems like until they capture the UMA in some case the same concept their represent doesn't even exist in their world (like galaxy)

The first line is what they have to do to fulfill the quest, the second is how many members can participate, and the third line is the reward for completing it. Roshi thought beating Burn made him the 11th member or something, what it means is that if they beat Burn an 11th spot will open in the Union for an extra member.

UMA's are fundamental laws of the universe in physical form. So in ep 3 when there were no stars in the sky that's because UMA galaxy didn't exist yet. Literally there are no stars in the sky, so at one point concepts like Death, time, luck, and so on never existed until the UMA's came along.
