Especially so when it's done in such an engrossing way. I remembered watching this ep the first time, and boy It felt surreal. We've had moments when watching or reading something, and time felt like it doesn't exist. This is like that but on a higher scale for me. It's like coming out of a long meditation, or at least that's how i think it felt like lmao. Can't wait for the kanbaru scene with shinobu tho, man that back and forth between them is top 10 moments of monogatari for me too
