Still, the blame doesn't fall solely on one person. Leon is at fault too of course, he's hotheaded and impulsive (one of my fave characters btw) and then our result is the tragedy of Tianna Brown. A lot of the conflicts, tragedies, deaths, etc. I try to view as never solely one person's fault for the most part. To say Franklin wasn't at fault at all doesn't sound quite right, but to say it's all on him isn't right either. For me, what makes this show so good is that they are human and so some choices are frustrating. Franklin is extremely smart, but can make mistakes, succumb to emotion, etc.; it's what makes him human.

He wanted to expedite things so that there would be less casualties but unfortunately he put a target on his back and the people close to him which includes Leon even though he's not with Franklin. Franklin unknowingly brought Leon into the situation and Leon escalated trying to do things his way.
