The actor who plays as Dougles is the same man who plays Tal-Rho in Superman and Louis. It was itchying my mind from his first appreance. I ddin't want to google it becasue he just seemed very familar. At first I thought he was the actor who played as Ras-al-ghul from the Gotham TV Series. It was just the accent really had my head spinning .
