I am really glad you guys reacted to this, and commend Lupasan for his bravery. I honestly laughed harder then I should have when Beth stabbed the deadite in the neck and she just looked at her like "This bitch!". The fact that the smart kid got turned first, was sad but expected, because I genuinely wanted her to survive the most.

It's funny to see the people who haven't seen the Evil Dead franchise watch Evil Dead 2013 and this one for the first time. The real classics: Evil Dead 2 and Evil Dead Army of Darkness, hell, even the TV show was awesome to watch. This movie, being a modern Evil Dead take, actually made me feel better about the series as a whole. I personally love the franchise, but it is one of the "You either love it or you hate it" type of deals. Especially if you've watched the older movies and even the show.
