Going forward, to avoid any misunderstandings, K-Drama's are basically just that - Korean Drama's. As in they are set in Korea (with a few exceptions), are financed in Korea, staffed and produced locally, featuring a primarily native Korean cast, and often formulaic in terms of drama, romance, plot twists, etc. There are some exceptions to one or two of these things out there, perhaps, but I haven't come across a K-Drama that didn't have most of these elements. Certainly not to the extent of a wholly US Production and American-Asian cast like Beef. Honestly? I believe the anger of my previous comment was largely carried over from the poll comment section, where multiple people were making some sus comments. I half expected some people to just flat out say shit like "ching-chong, bing-bong" - that's how weird the vibe was getting! Sorry if I exploded on you when your intention wasn't malicious. Thanks for communicating.

As I told the person under you, I asked bc of a lot of the banter about Korean culture amongst the Korean characters and because of the quirkiness of the style of the show in what I thought had in common with squid games, which I was told IS a kdrama.
