Yo I love jojo's so much, this finale is so insanely epic and well made. I actually didn't feel part 6 as much as 4 and 5 up to this moment. I mean it was still really cool and we had our typicall jojo stand fights with all the creativity etc. but it felt a bit iffy. This and the next episodes tough... they brought back all the love I have for JoJo's man how does araki and david production do this, they are so insanely talented at making these things feel so grand and give it this once in a lifetime-epic feeling. The music, the twists, the exposition everything was so sick. There is no other show like JoJo's out there and this feeling when the finale villain does his shit idk. The mobious strip moment with the music was so nice and Jotaro coming in clutch with the time stop literally made me jump out of my seat idk why I didn't expect it but it gave me major Kenpachi safes Ichigo from Noitora vibes with the ultimate pull up. peak

The reason why Pucci was able to move ever so slightly in stopped time was due to gravitational time dilation. Gravity has a major influence of time in real life, affecting how fast time goes the weaker the gravity. Since C-Moon has control over gravity Pucci was able to be conscious and move instinctively in stoped time, although only slightly. Similar to how Jotaro first did initially in part 3.
