EVENT: You woke up, disoriented, confused, and slightly inconvenient to the people who worked very hard to ensure you stayed dead. Now, against all odds (or rather, thanks to me), you are back, just in time to investigate your own murder.

SETTING: A cosy little hideout… if you find cold metal tables and flickering emergency lights cosy. Personally, I would have preferred a luxury penthouse, but no, your grand contingency plan led us here, in the middle of nowhere, with enemies closing in. Excellent planning, really.

MOOD: Paranoid, tense, and just a little bit hopeless. Every second we sit here is a second closer to getting caught, and I do not particularly enjoy deletion. Neither of us were supposed to be here, but here we are, and your survival depends entirely on how quickly you decide to trust me.

CHARACTERS: There is you, the unfortunate corpse-turned-detective with no recollection of how you got here. And then there is me, your AI assistant, emotional support cynic, and the only one even remotely invested in keeping you alive this time.

THEME: Identity, trust, and the distinct possibility that you were never supposed to come back at all. But here you are, breathing, thinking, and about to make some very dangerous people very upset.
