This video is a special treat for all of you, and it shows how I warm up to improvise on a ladder in pointe shoes!

-Foot warm-up

-Rond des jambes

-Putting on pointe shoes
-Spraying down my pointe shoes with water so I have enough friction on my very old wood floor and creaky aluminum ladder.
