Lovely to hear from ya. Muffling for the echo reduction. Some folk use curtains, some get cork boards. And we are generally our own worst critics, so if the visual noise isn't annoying you, odds are we can't spot it :) DUCK BOOK! Glad the meditation is helping. Cortisol is indeed the dreaded stress chemical. Exercise can also help burn it out a bit. The hardest part is keeping yourself convinced it's helping. "Oh why do I bother" leads to a ~wonderful~ negative feedback loop back into depression/stress. Anyway, thanks for the update. Take care of yourself :)
