Annual sub discount issue

It has been brought to my attention that there’s an issue going on with the 50% off annual subs discount. If you subbed for the 1 year discount and didn’t get the 50% off please contact me to discuss - promotions are something new Patreon rolled out for myself and other creators and I’m trying to figure things out.

2025-01-01 03:18:59 +0000 UTCHave you tried canceling and clicking the promotion at the top of the page? It seems like these promotions only apply to new memberships or canceled ones which is really annoying and I’ll contact Patreon about it this week. So sorry for the trouble!
